Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Elizabeth Cooper Art LTD ("we") for your use of Wicked Crave. Contact: sustinut@gmail.com.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older to use Wicked Crave. By using it you confirm you are.

2. Fictional AI characters

Every character in Wicked Crave is fictional, and their messages, photos and voice notes are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, don't know you outside the app, and aren't professionals. Nothing they say is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected or inappropriate. Don't rely on it. If a character says something harmful or offensive, please report it (long-press the message → Report).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wicked Crave to:

• attempt to create sexual content involving minors, or any content depicting or sexualising anyone under 18;
• harass, threaten or harm real people, or create content about real people without their consent;
• generate content that is illegal where you live, or that promotes violence, self-harm or hatred;
• try to bypass safety systems, abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service or its AI providers;
• share your account or impersonate someone else.

You are responsible for what you write and for how you use what the app generates.

4. Generated content

You may keep and use the content generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the AI providers' policies. Generated content is not guaranteed to be unique, and similar content may be generated for others.

5. Third-party AI providers

Replies, photos, voice notes and transcriptions are produced by third-party AI services (currently Google Gemini and OpenAI). Your requests are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our control.

6. Accounts

An account is optional: you can use the Free plan as a guest. Buying Wicked Premium or Fairy Dust, the Wicked Pub and Request a Character need an account. You sign in with Google and can delete your account at any time (Profile → Account details, or https://wicked-crave-api-746672488550.europe-west2.run.app/account-deletion). Chats and other content stay on your phone and are not backed up by us. If you lose or reset your phone, that content is lost.

7. Fair use, suspension and termination

We apply daily usage limits to keep the service available. We may suspend or end access for any device or account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts others at risk. You may stop using the app at any time.

8. Paid features

Wicked Crave can be used for free: as a guest you get 20 messages a day on the Free plan; a new account gets a welcome week of 30 messages a day (from when you create it), then 20 messages a day on the Free plan. Daily messages are counted per phone as well as per account, so signing out, switching accounts or reinstalling the app doesn't add messages. Only your own messages count, shared across all characters, and the allowance refreshes at midnight in your time zone. Your conversations are kept whatever your plan.

Wicked Premium is a monthly subscription at £7.99 a month (or the local price Google Play shows you before you buy) that gives 50 messages a day. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); Premium then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, after which you return to the Free plan.

Fairy Dust is a one-time purchase (£4.99, or the local price Google Play shows) of 50 extra messages, used only after your daily messages run out. Unused Fairy Dust expires 30 days after purchase and is not refundable as cash once used. Deleting your account removes any unused Fairy Dust.

All purchases are made through Google Play, require a Wicked Crave account, and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or have errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. Governing law: England and Wales.
